Set up an appointment to meet with Coby, but he was going above and beyond for another customer at the time we arrived. We were greeted by multiple people while we waited, and were asked what we were looking for. We got setup with a test drive and came back and Coby greeted us at the door. 5 star on sales side. Service has been good to. However, the lady who deals with the loaner vehicles is absolutely rude. The first day we dealt with her we chalked it up to she was just having a bad day but we now have dealt with her a second time and she is just as rude/nasty attitude toward my husband and myself just to return our loaner and get a new one. She has completely made me change my mind about the whole dealership. If you can allow someone like this to deal with customers on any level I won’t buy anymore. Maybe a good customer service crash course would help her. Update: I got in contact with the GM she was super responsive and hopefully dealing with this employee will be a better experience in the future.
