Bought a 2020 Silverado 3500 dual rear wheel work truck from lou fouz saint peters for over 40k in December 2025. I used the truck to hot shot loads well under 30k lbs. This dealership sold me a 7k warranty called the exclusionary package. They slid the warranty in and used my down payment to cover the cost of the warranty. The finance manager filled out the paperwork incorrectly which means the warranty will not cover my truck since i used it as a work truck. The fuel pump went out and destroyed the fuel system in May 2026, not even 5 months into purchasing the truck from lou fouz I am faced with a 18 thousand dollar repair bill and no warranty. I told the sales manager about my issue, it was nothing they could do despite the fact they sold me a bad truck and botched my warranty paperwork. This dealership often schemes it customers with the warranty and is not at all forth coming. My truck went out in jasper indiana on the side of the highway, im from xx louis Missouri. This dealership ship screwed me over big time. I still owe the bank almost 40 thousand for the truck since they used my down payment for the warranty that does not cover work trucks despite the dealership telling me that was a good truck and I should be happy to buy it. This dealership destroyed my business, destroyed my credit now I owe the bank 40k on a truck that needs 20k in repairs with no warranty.

He was very knowledgeable (i fact checked lol), insightful and considerate. He did not hit me with high-pressure sales tactics and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding trucks/engines.
